Theta Meditation is going to shock you because of the results you will get! Whatever we have in our life is what we have manifested through our thoughts and feelings. Theta meditation is probably the most powerful when you are using the law of attraction. Learn about the Law of Attraction here.
The conditions we face and the events that occur in our life are what we have attracted. We are emotionally friendly to them. If they are what we want, we can continue to live in this way, but if we are not satisfied with those manifestations, then we must align with the energy and vibration of what we want. Our mind must accept what we want without any resistance to achieve it.
Enter Theta Meditation. Each of us goes into the Theta state when we sleep. Rather, before sleeping completely and before being fully awake. It is that period of sleep in which we are in a theta state. Theta meditation is associated with dream sleep, super learning, creativity, powerful memory and deep relaxation.
Theta meditation is also associated with emotional growth, self-reprogramming and spiritual experiences. If you are interested in improving problem-solving, being more spiritually connected, intuitive, imaginative, creative and physically relaxed, you will want to spend more time in theta meditation.
If you want to implant something in your world of thought without any resistance, the state induced by theta meditation is fantastic.
“I have meditated for many years without really positive results. Until I tried Theta meditation and I was passionate about fast results in just an hour. I was so happy to have been immediately on the Internet to find out more about the benefits of theta.”
The Theta State is one of the most elusive and extraordinary brain conditions you can explore. It is also known as the state of twilight that you experience gradually only when you wake up or fall asleep. Theta is the state of the brain where the magic occurs in the crucible of one’s neurological activity.
But for the most part, being able to enter the dream state of theta meditation without falling asleep needs practice.
In theta, you are in a daydream, receptivity is accentuated and you can access knowledge and information that is normally beyond your awareness. Forget the crystals and candles and stay and breathe awkwardly.
Theta Meditation research explores how the brain works when we refrain from concentration, reflection and intentional thinking. Electric brain waves suggest that mental activity during meditation is awake and relaxed.
The mind automatically judges and classifies any new information. Many news items are rejected because they are not part of the current program. The use of imagination in theta removes the judgments and constraints of the logical mind and allows for uncontrollable creativity.
You can learn how the subconscious mind works in this article.
A theta meditation is simply sufficient, a meditation that takes place when your brain mainly produces brain waves. Your brain naturally produces brain waves every night, usually when you dream (REM sleep). Being conscious in theta often indicates deep daydreams, mental images and access to memories.

Theta Waves and Theta Meditation
Simply, when your brain produces brain waves, you will feel deeply, deeply relaxed.
The theta wave is commonly referred to as the brain wave of the daydreamer. This is because the wave occurs when a person is still awake but disconnected from the external distractions of the world for inner reflection or someone who learns to meditate. These waves occur at 3-8 Hz.
The lower end of the spectrum occurs during sleep, while the upper end of the scale occurs during relaxation. Curiously, the theta frequency resonates with Earth’s Schumann resonance occurring at 7.83 Hz, which qualifies it as a theta wave.
Theta is one of the most extraordinary and elusive brain states known to man. It is no wonder that it is known as a twilight state because one only experiences it briefly when walking in sleep or when waking up. It is the state in which magic appears in the crucible of your neurological activity.
For the most part, being able to enter the dream state without falling asleep needs extensive practice. Fortunately, brainwave music can speed up the process, making it easier to get into a deep meditative state, even if you’ve never engaged in meditation.
Theta meditation allows you to cross the line between the conscious mind and the subconscious. It occurs between sleep and wakefulness. Theta waves are more prevalent during the dream state or REM phase of sleep. When a person is awake, these waves are produced only during deep relaxation.
Studies show that increased theta activity helps improve memory recall. In addition to improving memory, theta waves are known to help you improve your learning skills. When you go through repetitive activity, such as going home on an extremely familiar route, your brain is likely to sink into theta wave activity.
This explains why you tend to remember where you put your car keys while you do a mundane task such as washing the bathtub or slip into a sleepy state. It also explains why you barely remember going home despite driving for 20 minutes.
Between 0-12 years of age, our brain is in a hypnotic and semi-hypnotic state, which means that we take on most of what we interact in the first 12 years of life. Our brain is deliberately created in this way for rapid learning, development and rapid growth.
By understanding brain wave states and linking them to the first twelve years, when our brain grows neurons at a very fast pace, we can double our initial state of development and greatly increase our chances of high performance and success.
Theta meditation allows us to enter this state regularly!
Brainwaves
To do this, we must first understand brain wave states. Brainwaves are patterns of electrical activity in the brain. These range from slow cycles to fast cycles per second, with each band assigned a Greek letter for identification. There are five states of delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma brain waves. Each of these brainwave states has been associated with different thinking patterns and abilities.
Delta waves operate at 0.1-4 hertz per second and represent the slowest brainwave state. The state of the delta brain wave occurs mainly during dreamless sleep when we are unconscious and in the brains of newborn babies. As the delta waves increase the attention on the world dissolves.
Theta waves operate at 4-8 hertz per second and are often measured during times of dreams, deeper hypnosis, meditation or when people are in the sports area. Any repetitive movements or sounds will easily bring you to the theta state. This state is where much of our unconscious potential resides. In this state, the subconscious mind is dominant.
Alpha waves work at 8-12 Hertz per second and occur when you close your eyes, relax or fall asleep. This is the brainwave state of greatest creativity and inspiration. When you engage in creative endeavours, such as mental imagery, your brain is in an alpha state. In alpha, the conscious mind is less dominant and the subconscious mind comes to the fore. When the brain is in a subconscious state, it is extremely open to suggestions. That’s why mental images can provide such powerful results.
Beta waves work at 12-30 hertz per second. They are present when the brain is actively involved in problem-solving, decision making and analytical thinking. Beta waves work at the top of the scale and have been shown to accompany feelings of agitation.
Gamma waves operate at 36–44 hertz per second. They are the fastest of the brainwave frequencies and indicate the highest state of concentration possible. Gamma waves are associated with the brain’s maximum concentration and optimal frequency for cognitive functioning. Gamma waves function as the adhesive of the mind, holding and connecting all the senses and thought processes in a unified whole.
Gamma brainwaves are the fastest of brain waves and relate to simultaneous processing of information from different brain areas. Gamma brainwaves are the fastest of brain waves (high frequency, like a flute), and relate to simultaneous processing of information from different brain areas. Gamma brainwaves pass information rapidly and quietly.
The most subtle of the brainwave frequencies, the mind has to be quiet to access gamma. Gamma was dismissed as ‘spare brain noise’ until researchers discovered it was highly active when in states of universal love, altruism, and the ‘higher virtues’. Gamma is also above the frequency of neuronal firing, so how it is generated remains a mystery.
It is speculated that gamma rhythms modulate perception and consciousness and that a greater presence of gamma relates to expanded consciousness and spiritual emergence.
Our brainwave profile and our daily experience of the world are inseparable. When our brainwaves are out of balance, there will be corresponding problems in our emotional or neuro-physical health. Research has identified brainwave patterns associated with all sorts of emotional and neurological conditions.
Over-arousal in certain brain areas is linked with anxiety disorders, sleep problems, nightmares, hyper-vigilance, impulsive behaviour, anger/aggression, agitated depression, chronic nerve pain and spasticity. Under-arousal in certain brain areas leads to some types of depression, attention deficit, chronic pain and insomnia.
A combination of under-arousal and over-arousal is seen in cases of anxiety, depression and ADHD. instabilities in brain rhythms correlate with tics, obsessive-compulsive disorder, aggressive behaviour, rage, bruxism, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, migraines, narcolepsy, epilepsy, sleep apnea, vertigo, tinnitus, anorexia/bulimia, PMT, diabetes, hypoglycaemia and explosive behaviour.
Theta waves signify that you’ve eased into a nonjudgmental headspace and are susceptible to bursts of creativity.
At the root of all our thoughts, emotions and behaviours are the communication between neurons within our brains. Brainwaves are produced by synchronised electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other. Brainwaves are detected using sensors placed on the scalp.
They are divided into bandwidths to describe their functions (below), but are best thought of as a continuous spectrum of consciousness; from slow, loud and functional – to fast, subtle, and complex.
It is a handy analogy to think of brainwaves as musical notes – the low-frequency waves are like a deeply penetrating drum beat, while the higher frequency brainwaves are more like a subtle high pitched flute. Like a symphony, the higher and lower frequencies link and cohere with each other through harmonics. Our brainwaves change according to what we’re doing and feeling. When slower brainwaves are dominant we can feel tired, slow, sluggish, or dreamy.
The higher frequencies are dominant when we feel wired, or hyper-alert. The descriptions that follow are only broad descriptions – in practice, things are far more complex, and brainwaves reflect different aspects when they occur in different locations in the brain.
Manifesting with Theta Meditation
It is perfectly safe to access theta whenever you want, but it is a very slow level of brain activity, which means that it can be difficult to stay awake in this state. You can visualize yourself as you wish and mentally repeat affirmations.
Learn about how to visualize here. If you want to specifically attract money then this article is the best for you.
These are immediately accepted in your vibration. You have direct control over your emotions in this state and therefore you can influence your environment. Make sure to direct as much emotion as possible towards your dreams in this state and what you want will manifest.
The goal is to make your views and statements easily accepted by your subconscious. Your consciousness is more or less asleep during this state, but you are still conscious enough to control what thoughts you think. Make sure it’s easy and fun. Don’t try too hard. You have to have fun with this process for it to work.
The lighter you feel, the more you align yourself with your desire. If you are desperate for something more difficult to manifest (according to your WRONG perception), it becomes easier and faster using theta meditation.
Some may have seen that it is more difficult to find love when you want it so much. However, when you already have someone you are dating, you tend to see more opportunities and are more confident in your social interactions.
The reason is when we are not DESPERATE for something it manifests faster. But when we don’t care or want it lightly, we tend to attract more positive interactions.
The trick you have to play on yourself is to feel how you want to feel whilst in theta meditation. That feeling will attract your desire faster than you ever imagined. This is because you have a direct connection to the subconscious mind. You are not impacted by the over analysis of the subconscious mind.
Children learn often new languages effortlessly. Children are open to learning everything about anything, in part because of the high concentration of theta activity in their brain. They have no preconceived notions about what is possible and what is not. Only adults have them and you can train yourself to NOT be forced in this way.
Imagination is the creative force within you. You know that if you want to see a dream come true, you must first have the dream. You have to create the idea of that dream before doing anything to do it.
Learning to use your imagination constructively means directing it, without censoring your logical mind, which will keep you stuck where you are because everything else and something new is automatically considered wrong.
In practice, theta is the brainwave state most associated with self-reprogramming. It is surprising how you can impress new ideas and beliefs in your subconscious mind when you are in the bond of a logical mind focused on the current situation.
You have a fantastic brain that is capable of attracting to you unspeakable success, wealth, love and health. With Theta meditation, you choose to focus on something you want when your brain doesn’t have many other thoughts and it’s easier to focus on one thing. Your thoughts have more power and will manifest faster.
I would like to encourage you to imagine within theta meditation because the brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and imagined. Allow yourself to dream every day and use your imagination. Don’t let logic stop you from thinking big and aiming high. Einstein discovered the theory of relativity using his imagination and is known for his famous quote “imagination is more important than knowledge”.
Einstein was so far ahead of his time that it was 80 years after developing his theory that astronomers had shown that his theory was correct. Einstein showed the world the incredible and ingenious power of the imagination. Why not take a sheet from Einstein’s book and use it and believe in your imagination to create extraordinary things.
