A long time ago, I didn’t know the power of gratitude and the law of attraction. I used to be ungrateful for what I have. I never realized the importance of gratitude until one day everything was taken from me and I found myself broke, friendless, and extremely hopeless. I learned a lot about the importance of being grateful at that time of my life.
But isn’t it easy to be ungrateful these days? It’s easy to want what we don’t have. In fact, I will even go so far as to say that it is stitched into the entire fabric of our society. Consumerism is cooked literally. Wherever we turn, we are reminded of very little to be grateful for. Gratitude and the law of attraction are alien concepts to the majority.
It’s easy to be disappointed and not grateful when you work tirelessly in vain, unable to move forward in life, especially after enduring heartache of failure or financial turmoil.
If you find yourself in this situation right now, don’t be afraid, we’ve all been there. Still, there are ways in which we can be grateful for what we have in our lives. In fact, using gratitude and the law of attraction is the most direct path to success. Problem? Most people base their happiness and gratitude on success rather than making it a platform. As taught by various teachers, the concept of gratitude and the law of attraction is about putting yourself in a position of having positive thoughts to attract your desires.
Recently I asked myself the question: “Why is it so important to be grateful in life?” Literally what I understood over time changed my life thankfully. The lessons learned from past failures were very important to me. I realized the power of gratitude and the law of attraction to shift my life. Completely
Failure helped instill the importance of gratitude for me. It made me look at things differently, see everything from a new perspective, from a new perspective. If you fail at something or live a life less than you deserve, keep your faith. Keep hope as there is light at the other end of the tunnel.
Regardless of the state or quality of our lives, I am aware of the results we produce, the goals we have achieved (or cannot reach), the decisions we make and where we are. While some things are out of our control, most of those that rely on our thoughts, emotions, and behavior are largely a conditioned reaction to our focus.
That’s why it’s so important to be grateful for what’s happening in your life. Even if you are in turmoil and your whole world collapses around you, you should be grateful. As strange as it may sound, gratitude is the surest route to both success and happiness.

How Gratitude and the Law of Attraction Can Change Your Life
Almost always the first thing I do when I wake up every morning is to sit in front of my bed and write my thank you list inside my Ipad. It always starts with “Today I’m Grateful for This” What’s funny? I realize how grateful I am when I write my gratitude list every morning.
There are things we all take lightly – almost like facts in our lives. Whether it’s the roof over our heads, the food on our plate, or the clothes on our backs, we expect it to be there and always there. But for many people around the world, it’s not there. They lack basic needs in life. Food, water and shelter, along with many other things.
This shows me how blessed I am. This shows that my CURRENT life would be deemed a success by another person. According to the principles of gratitude and the law of attraction, I can only expect more things to flow into my life.
But my list starts off simpler than that. I am grateful and appreciative for the air I breathe, the heart beating in my chest, the organs in my body, every living cell and fiber that functions for my survival. From time to time we forget about them. Until these are in danger, of course. Gratitude puts you in a positive mental and emotional state. This in turn is conducive for optimum health. When used in tandem, gratitude and the law of attraction bring healing to your body!
Gratitude can change your life because it makes you appreciate what you have instead of what you don’t have. Gratitude can change your life because it is the most powerful source of inspiration that any person can benefit from if he puts an end to the simple beauty and miracle of life and pays attention.
Maybe I’m in the minority when I say that gratitude can change your life. Perhaps I am part of a select few voices who truly know that an inner transformation can happen when you are grateful for everything in your life, even your problems. I have personally seen the powers of gratitude and the law of attraction.
Whatever the field of thought you live in, the importance of gratitude and the law of attraction cannot be underestimated. There are certain reasons why gratitude changes your life. And if you listen to them and truly hear the message beyond words, there are some surprising things that will start to happen to you over time.
I am a real-world proof of truth in all of this – a vivid, breathtaking example of how gratitude can change your life and produce tremendous results. But don’t take this from me. Some of the most successful people in the world live with this school of thought. Deep down, they believe that the path to success is through eternal gratitude to what you have now rather than your shortcomings, whatever the definition may be for you.
1. Gratitude and Appreciation changes your focus
One of the reasons gratitude changes your life is because it changes your focus. You see, life is about focus. Whatever we focus on, we move towards it. When we live in a state of scarcity and negativity, we see more. It’s easy to see in negative light when you focus on something. When your thoughts are habitually adjusted accordingly, it is easy to see all the problems and dilemmas surrounding a situation.
On the contrary, it is easy to see things in a positive way even when problems arise. If you’ve always met a positive person, you know how true this statement is. They look for the silver lining on the bag even when something goes wrong. They say that if they can’t find someone, sooner or later something good will come out of everything they’ve gone through.
But it’s not just about being a positive person; Being grateful can change your life because it adds positivity to everything you do. This is a tremendous change of focus that includes admiring the beauty of everything, a new way of seeing things. You move from living in a state of poverty to living in a state of sheer abundance in every possible way.
However, this does not happen overnight. This change in focus requires a habitual retraining of time and mind. But it happens. You can easily move from a negative situation to a positive one by explaining and writing on a daily basis everything you need to be grateful for. The key writes. Writing makes it more real than abstract concepts that live in your mind.
2. Improves your quality of life
From your mental health and well-being to your emotional strength, spiritual ability, and physical strength, they can all be derived from simple and basic gratitude behavior. Gratitude can literally change your life by improving its quality. It is the sum of all your bits and gratitude that can help you benefit each of these little bits.
Studies have uniquely linked gratitude to life satisfaction, and it’s no secret that people who are grateful for something are much more fulfilling in their lives. Regardless of shape, size or form factor, there is solid stability when you understand the importance of things in your life.
However, many people consider it successful. They think it’s easy for successful people to be grateful because they have a lot to be grateful for. It’s not about success, money, jobs, cars, houses, or anything else. Do these help improve your quality of life? Of course. It can happen. But money can also mean more trouble.
Gratitude is not about having a lot of money; Gratitude should be the beginning of accessing large amounts of money. Otherwise, people could be derailed. It could be something called Sudden Wealth Syndrome, and it’s easy to understand why so many lottery winners and legacies go bankrupt in a very short time after unexpected cash flows.
3. Being grateful makes you happier
One way gratitude can change your life is to make you happier. Studies have confirmed that being grateful makes you feel happier. Two psychologists, Dr. Robert A. Emmons and Dr. Michael E. McCullough has devoted much of their research careers to studying the effects of gratitude.
In one such study, researchers asked a group of people to write a few sentences each week about a particular topic. One group was asked to write about things that didn’t make them happy. Someone else has been instructed to write about things they are grateful for. And the control group was instructed to write about what happened, without focusing on being positive or negative.
Results? The group that was instructed to write about what they were grateful for was much happier and more optimistic about their lives than the group that focused on things that were in a negative light. It is natural to be happier about life when we are grateful for something. You are aware of what you have instead of what you don’t have.
It’s much easier to spend your day with gratitude when you’re thankful than when you’re not. It is not always easy to do this because we all have a Hedonic Set Point or a basic level of happiness. When this threshold is exceeded, we become unhappy or happy. This is also referred to as the Hedonic Treadmill and is often about the urge to accumulate things that only bring instant happiness but do not offer sustained happiness.
4. Being grateful reduces your innermost fears
One obvious way that gratitude can change your life is to reduce your fears because it’s hard to be fearful and grateful at the same time. Fear is what happens when we need to focus on things we think are out of our control. We anticipate the worst possible scenarios and paint our future plight and ultimate death while living in fear.
Fear can only be overcome by being grateful. Fear has little place to live in our minds when we are extremely grateful for everything we have, including our problems. When we fear things that put us in a state of scarcity, such as not having enough money to pay our bills or putting food in our fridge, we live in a state of deprivation rather than abundance.
But being grateful puts you in a state of abundance. It instills the belief that you are grateful for what you have now, rather than worrying about what you may or may not have in the future. Most of the time, we hide our gratitude for Thanksgiving, a day of the year. On that day, every day of the year, we question ourselves for not being grateful.
And why not? Why can’t we be grateful every day of the year? Why does it take a day before we stop and truly thank us for doing this? By being grateful every day we can completely dispel most of our fears. Decide right now that you will create the daily habit of gratitude and write down everything you need to be thankful for and watch your fears disappear over time.
5. Strengthens and develops your faith
Gratitude and the law of attraction can change your life by strengthening and developing your faith. Gratitude can strengthen and develop your faith and belief in God. There are many religions but the principles taught with gratitude and the law of attraction are taught in almost all of them
For those who are grateful, there is a deep appreciation of what was revealed. It is actually cooked in the fabric of their own being. In turn, it strengthens their belief and belief in everything. For me, I don’t realize that I am truly and completely grateful for everything in my life, including my faith in God and all my problems.
Gratitude transforms your belief by instilling your belief that you are not alone and that everything you pass through will pass and at the same time prevail. You will reach your goals, overcome your obstacles and become a better person who is more sympathetic and even empathetic to the plight of others.
As a result of all this, you will look for ways to contribute to society and your male, female and child friends. You will look for opportunities because you understand that what you have is really enough and that focus should help others. It is when true spiritual enlightenment begins.
6. Gratitude gives you passion
There is an inner belief that develops when you are truly grateful for something. It provides the kind of solid mind that does not exist when you live in anticipation of certain things. If you have noticed people who expect certain things from life or try to disrupt the will of others for personal growth, you will find weak-minded people who do not go far.
There is a growing respect for those who can remain humble even while maintaining the meteoric rise to success, fame or fame. Humility is certainly one of the dominant qualities of many of the most successful people in the world because they have had to endure and get rid of the pain and suffering of failure and defeat.
They were grateful for not taking things lightly as they lived another life and had to walk the bitter seas. There is a certain humility and empathetic nature in the hearts of successful people who have to endure many failures before they taste the sweet triumph of success.
But it all started with an attitude of gratitude that helps instill a healthy mind. Success has developed from this platform. Not unexpected. Not by cunning or treacherous behavior. Through goodwill, positive vibrations and the desire to add value to the world by being grateful first, whatever
7. Encourages you to achieve your goals
I truly believe in the art of goal setting. When you set goals correctly, you can get exactly what’s on your mind. Over the years of consistent and persistent action, not overnight or within a few weeks or months. One of the ways that gratitude can change your life is to encourage you to achieve these goals.
Gratitude helps you succeed by first building an internal success platform. As long as you are happy, healthy and solid in your mind, body and soul, you can achieve your goals without too much distraction. However, when you lack these because you are not satisfied with your current situation, you live in that state of negativity and deprivation and it is more difficult to move forward.
When you focus so much on what’s wrong in your life, how can you tirelessly pursue goals that are years away from reality? You cannot. In fact, what tends to happen is that we get distracted, waste time, and engage in pursuits that hinder us rather than help us.
Build a gratitude platform by building this habit in the morning. Combine this with your early morning routine by writing down everything you need to be grateful for in just 5 minutes. Write and embody this feeling, no matter how small, even if you are only six feet above the ground.
