Each thought and emotion has its own vibration frequency or wave frequency. Quantum mechanics has shown how it is possible to change the frequency of a wave. The shape of a wave has crests and valleys. Quantum mechanics has also shown that energy waves are encoders and carriers of information with infinite storage capacity.
When a wave of opposite shape is superimposed on an original wave, the original wave is straightened. Essentially, you undo the characteristics of the original wave by superimposing a new set of ridges and dips. Change the vibration frequency.
Thoughts like sound waves
This is evidenced by the sound waves that researchers try to create a peaceful environment. You can use sound to completely cancel and silence unwanted sounds. This technology is used in corporate offices alongside noisy businesses or in doctors and consulting offices where sounds can be heard between treatment rooms to make engines quieter or in the automotive industry.

The Quantum Mechanics of Changing Thoughts
Let’s extend it now to understand the mechanisms of changing thoughts or emotional patterns. Understanding this means taking into consideration the subatomic level of causal thinking and emotion. If you identify opposite positive thinking to counter negative thinking, you would use this principle. Take a moment and think about the word stress. Take a moment and think about the word relief.
Think of the word fear and now the word security. It sounds simple and it is. The trick is that you have over 60,000 thoughts a day to work on. In any case, this is the central idea and this is where the act of positive thinking has a powerful effect on changing lives.

Your Perception, Your reality
To change your way of thinking, you must adopt the belief that it is your perception of the world that determines your reality. When you discover how to effectively choose your perceptions, you change your ability to cultivate happiness. Since you have much more control over your inner world than your outer one, this is the best place to relieve stress and increase your happiness.
We specifically refer to your reaction to situations through your thoughts, feelings and actions. When you change your perception, you change your experience of the situation. This single factor has the potential to drastically change the course of your life journey.
2 Aspects that affect Quantum Mechanics
- Your perception
2. Your Response
Perception: How you perceive an event affects the amount of stress you feel. You can choose to visualize a situation in a way that confirms your reasons for feeling stressed, or you can visualize it to feel motivated and ready to deal with it. Since there is a thought and emotion before every action, it’s a good idea to start with your perception if you intend to rearrange your stress experience.
Response: You may not be in control of what will happen, but you can control how you react to what has happened. Your response includes not only your actions, but also the degree of tension you allow in your mind and body. It is your response that will interrupt or resume your stress experience and ignite the stress cycle.
The world we create is a product of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing the way we think. – Albert Einstein
Perceptions are your your true mental power
Quantum mechanics tells us that we are creating machines that superimpose our subjective interpretation of everything we experience. Why are we doing this? This is how we learn new information and integrate it efficiently and economically. We associate our present experience with our past and create what it means based on the culmination of our experience so far in this field.
This allows us to face the day without relearning how to have breakfast, dress or find our way home. It also allows us to assess our environment and make quick decisions so that we can act easily and smoothly today. This can be very helpful in these basic life situations.
However, if we are not aware of our thoughts, this situation can get us into trouble. We tend to have the “all in all syndrome” in which we try to understand everything before letting ourselves experience it. It’s like walking into a library and selecting a book written in the early 1900s and then assuming the entire library is full of old books. Being omniscient translates into keeping ourselves and others in the past.
You have never been where you are now, however, your mind is finding a way to familiarize yourself with it so you think it is the same.
“The world has come to an end,” said the caterpillar.
“This is just the beginning,” said the butterfly.

Finding out your thoughts is powerful work. Your empowered self-responsibility satisfies you and gives you true mind power. The key is to realize that you are the common denominator in your life. Your perception guides your behavior. You can start with your inner speach and move on to different perspectives on the situation. In doing so, you increase your control over your inner world and increase your potential for happiness.
You may think you know your perception or are sure of it. So how can you be 100% sure? You have the ability to choose your perceptions. As long as you make it all up, you can choose something that will move you towards happiness, well-being and self-confidence. That’s the beauty of quantum mechanics.
