How to start journaling
1. Scripting
Scripting is a Law of Attraction technique that involves writing in detail about the reality you want to manifest. It involves letting your imagination take over and then communicating it through words, almost like a story.
It can be a really fun and rewarding way to work with the manifestation.
Write about your life the way you want it to be. Review your past and rewrite the positive events and how they make you feel. Review the negative events and write how you want them to turn out. This allows you to accept that they happened, but also puts you in a positive vibe by focusing on how it could have turned out.

2. Make Journaling a Daily Habit
The most obvious way to use the journal to express your desire to simply make it a daily habit.
There are many different ways to do this, but my favorite way is to include the journal in my morning routine.
You can use the flow of consciousness journal, where you just write down whatever comes to your mind.

3. Practice Gratitude Journaling

And the best part is that, while you are there, you cannot feel negative, since it is simply not possible to feel two such extreme emotions at the same time.
You can choose to “write” or “type” your journals. Don’t feel pressured to write only. I have used both ways and they work just fine.

4. Practice Past and Current Manifestation Journaling
Remember all your past manifestations and write them down in your journal. I tried this practice and it boosted my faith that I can manifest whatever I desire. It keeps in faith, knowing that whatever you want will come to you. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective this technique is.

5. Use Pictures with your journaling
Find pictures that inspire you and start writing how they make you feel. As you begin to focus on those pictures, your vibration shifts and matches those. Done consistently, you will manifest something (or someone) like that very soon. This is similar to having a Vision Board but this may be more powerful. Why? You are using your heart and soul to describe what you want with lots of emotion and creativity.
