1. Get a mentor
As a business owner, the first step is to identify the right mentor. This person might be someone from your field or anyone you admire. This guidance should be relevant to your company and should involve sharing of knowledge. __S.10__
Are you having a hard time understanding the situation? Reboot the situation to make it better. If you are feeling stuck, or if your ideas seem stale, take a moment to recharge. You should create a schedule and follow it, both for personal and professional reasons. A routine will increase productivity, and allow you to engage in other activities than your planned schedule. __S.18__
Don’t panic if you find yourself in a difficult situation. Set up a meeting to discuss the problem with both parties, hear their stories and come up with a solution that’s more feasible and realistic. __S.23__

When you are hiring someone to work for your company, be sure they have the same mindset as you. You should ensure that at least half the candidates disagree with your ideas and half share the same beliefs. It’s true! Yes! Unnecessary meetings can derail the goal of constructive discussions. Back-to-back meetings can drain your team and you. To feel revitalized and to give 100%, take a break every 10-15 minutes between meetings. __S.52__

Everybody should have a list of pros and cons. Let’s suppose one member of your team pitches an idea for improving marketing strategies beginning next month. Before you approve or deny it, consider the pros and cons. This is a method of making decisions. __S.59__

10. Keep your “Why ?”
