Secondly

Now write down the first 3 thoughts that come to your mind about this area. Here are the career-related ones.

  • I hate my job.
  • This is a dead end.
  • I’m not making enough money.

Thirdly

Now move these thoughts into a higher vibrational thought. For example:

  • I’m happy to have a job and better is on the way.
  • I am so grateful for the current role I have and I can get the most out of it every day.
  • I am grateful that I have the money to cover my expenses and earn money.

Before seeing the tangible results of the change, these thoughts have higher emotions and vibrate with a much more optimistic and positive feeling. You are now creating Powerful Thought Frequencies.
