Our thoughts are powerful because almost everything that occurs in your life is caused by the thoughts we think with our mind.
Not all thoughts are created equal. Thoughts that you have just once or twice cannot have much effect, but your dominant thoughts, which you repeat often, influence your behavior and attitude, affect your actions and emotions, and form your reality.
Thoughts are objects. They are really strong. They are anticipatory. The thoughts that flow through your mind may either help you create the life of your dreams or bring you closer to your worst fears. We go about our lives immersed in one mindset or another, with no clear knowledge that whatever we continually think about or concentrate on, we go towards.

How can I understand my thoughts?
The easiest way to understand your thoughts is through your feelings. How? The human mind continues to be a source of difficulty for us. While we have a lot of knowledge on how it operates, we still don’t understand all of its quirks and complexity. How exactly are we perceiving reality? How does consciousness function? How are we feeling these things in our body right now? If you pause for a second to think it, the thoughts will overwhelm you. It’s a mind-boggling reality that we can’t quite get our brains around.
To complicate matters further, our bodies are made up of 99.9999 percent empty space. At the most basic level, our bodies’ atoms are nothing more than empty space bound together by electrical charges. Things grow much crazier at the quantum level. These atoms may exist in two locations at the same moment, a phenomenon known as quantum superposition. Because of the complexity of quantum wave functions, matter exists in a multitude of forms and states. So, in a sense, what we’re perceiving and feeling isn’t quite genuine.
However, another issue that emerges is that the human mind is a pre-programmed computer. It contains some software that is put in the form of our DNA at birth, but after that, every new experience is another memory recorded that may create a range of functions. As we become older, those functions become habits. At the most fundamental level, however, everything is formed by our thoughts and how we view things.
Yes, we are all unique in our own way, and even identical twins might grow up to be totally different individuals. This is due to the fact that their thoughts grow differently, permeating their lives in ways that are unique to them. It’s human nature, and the heavenly chisel that shapes us into who we are. I doubt we’ll ever comprehend everything. Anything is possible for those who can appreciate it and harness the full power of their thoughts.
