You have to enjoy creative visualization, otherwise, it is probably a waste of time. Thoughts are things but maintaining a positive “air” is crucial to manifesting your desires and dream life.
Creative Visualization is our way of fooling the brain to project the feelings of what we want as if we were living our dream. Our mind does not know the difference between what is happening and what we imagine. It reacts as if we are where we want to be.
So, if you see yourself with financial abundance, you create a neural path for wealth. With the perseverance and positivity of your vision, you will attract money for yourself. Here is an article speaking specifically about effectively visualizing money. This is the law of attraction in action. Our thoughts are a powerful force.
Your mind constantly uses visualization in the process of simulating future experiences, but this process is so natural that you are usually not even aware of it. In the same way, you are not usually aware of breathing. If you are not aware of this, you are not actively leading the process. You can, however, learn to use visualization to actively create future simulations that can help you improve your goals.
You can create two types of simulations, result and process. Outcome simulation is a sensory representation of the result that is expected, and the process situation involves simulating the steps that lead to the result. Research shows that to get the most out of simulations, it’s best to use both types together.
Also, when creating the simulation, using the participant’s perspective rather than the observer’s, has proved to be more effective. You don’t want to see yourself in the simulation, you want to see it through your eyes as if you were part of a simulated experience.
See yourself exactly as you would when you get what you want!
If you are visualizing yourself in a brand new car, then see yourself behind the steering wheel.
The more detail you have in the creative visualization, the more real it will look and the greater the productivity will increase as the brain begins to develop neural connections that result from multiple visual images.
Along with motivation, that increases the likelihood of you attracting and acting on your goal. For example, if you think you want a piece of chocolate cake, but immediately reject the thought, you quickly forget it. However, if you think of a piece of chocolate cake, close your eyes and take a few minutes to imagine the details, the creamy icing, the warm and moist cake, what it would taste like, enjoying the image until your mouth starts to water, your desire to take a piece of cake would increase dramatically.
At this point, the natural brain troubleshooting process will work to help you develop a plan on how to get what you want.
You may start thinking about stopping at your favorite bakery on the way home from work. The best way to create details and improve the quality of the simulation is to imagine and describe using all the senses. Keep adding more details until the process starts to look real as if you are experiencing it.

The Key to Creative Visualization
The key to creative visualization is to always visualize that you already have what you want. This is a mental trick.
Instead of hoping to achieve it or by building the trust that will one day it will happen, live and feel it as if it is happening to you now. At some level, you know that this is just a mental trick, but the subconscious mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what is presented. Your subconscious mind will act on the images you create inside, whether or not they reflect your current reality.
In order to get the message more clearly to your subconscious, then you need to direct a lot of emotion into your creative visualizations.
Emotion is a type of sensory representation in the brain. We now know through cognitive therapy that emotion is preceded by thinking. When you feel something deeply, you have reached a level of vibration or faith associated with it.
In general, you don’t feel very upset about something you know is unreal or true. That’s why we can watch fantasy programs on TV and in movies, but are not too traumatized by certain events there. However, the more real or true you think something is, then the more emotional impact it has on you.
To improve a simulation, you need to create as many details as possible to start perceiving the experience as real.
When you visualize, you are perfecting and improving your mental conception of what you are trying to manifest. You can locate and eliminate any conflicting vibrations that may prevent you getting what you want.
Creative Visualization Exercise Example
Suppose you want to find the love of your life. Then the visualization process begins.
For starters, you could imagine sharing your home with your new partner, imagining your things in the rooms. Imagine what it’s like to greet them when they arrive after a day’s work.
However, before you know it, you may start to imagine that you are arguing and upset with one another. The visualization has taken on a life of its own, in other words. You may not have started on a negative path but perhaps your default thoughts are often negative in nature.
You may be tempted to silence such creative visualization experiences as failures. After all, very few experts talk about the fact that visualizations can take on these darker turns.
However, a creative visualize exercise that turns negative has relayed to you that you are in a negative space or vibration. It means you now know what you need to improve on.
The truth is, you can learn a lot from experiences like this. You can improve your long-term chances of creating the life you want. When a creative visualization doesn’t go as you expect, it’s your mind that tells you about the vibrations and frequencies you don’t need.
In the case mentioned above, for example, your mind could indicate a limiting belief that needs to be addressed if you want to manifest love. For example, the belief that you don’t deserve anything good or that all relationships always end up being painful and conflicted.
You may have held on to these beliefs because of past relationship you have had or seen with your parents.
If these conflicting frequencies remain, you will not be able to achieve what you want. However, if you detect them through creative visualization and then work to make sure you vibrate at a uniform and positive frequency, you will be closer to success than ever before. And all thanks to an unpleasant visualization experience!
Once you have started to feel it, it means you have crossed the threshold that leads to action. One strategy that increases the emotional intensity of a visualization is to listen to music that matches the emotional intensity you are looking for as you watch the future simulated experience. If you want to run a marathon, try listening to inspired music, such as the Chariots of Fire theme, as you cross the finish line with a beating heart.
But the most powerful creative visualization technique is found here. You have to relax as much as possible for your visualization to be effective. Your subconscious mind will assimilate what you are visualizing.
Because what you produce in your mind can only come from what is kept there, it can be quite difficult to imagine something that has not happened to you before.
It would be much more difficult to create a visual simulation of life on Mars than to visualize yourself sitting in your living room. Sometimes to create a more detailed and realistic visual simulation in your mind, you need to expose yourself to more details in the outside world.
For example, if you dream of doing something you’ve never tried before likediving, you may find it difficult to simulate a detailed experience because you don’t have much to draw from. You will have to expose yourself to the experience of diving. You may need to read books, watch videos, visit a diving school or speak to other people with diving experience.
Anything that increases your knowledge and awareness of what an experience would be like would help you have more data to use when creating your visual simulation.
If you’ve ever been involved in competitions or sports, your coach may ask you to imagine winning. How does it look, feel and sound? At the time, it might seem strange: sitting in a dark room with your eyes closed, picturing to imaginary scenarios.
But there is science behind creative visualization practices. Visualizing may seem like a hypnosis session. After all, hypnosis is based on manipulating thought patterns through suggestions. And hypnosis, meditation and visualization have similar neurophysiological profiles. Nothing is done to you; instead, you are the one who touches something deep in the folds of your brain, accessing your creative power.
Successful people all over the world use creative visualization to generate dreams in the realm of reality. Sight is only a concentrated dream. I’m interested in this exercise. It builds life from space in our mind.
